Re: the song title
This one is a bit tricky. “Chun Shan” is literally “spring mountain” but 却 “que” has a few (many) different possibilities. It can mean retreat/withdraw from like 退却, or get rid of/end like 了却, or lose like 失却. It can even mean avoid/decline/refuse or simply but/yet/still. So, I’m not really sure what to choose. I’m leaning towards “Retreat from Spring Mountain/Chun Shan”. We’ll see.

English

Who is that person sword dancing in the forest pavilion?
The boundless green of bamboo swallows the mountain peaks
Make fanciful wishes for tranquil years
as a casual hand waves a folding fan
I remember best those pleasant times of idle chatter

Back then, that youth was dressed in white
His spirit was already withering, descending into despair
The past is laid to rest, leaving tonight’s fine hour untouched
All those hidden thoughts died beneath a cold sword’s blade

Alone, raise a cup
to the heavens and drink to happiness and sorrow
A dream-like voice whispers into my ear
Each word calling out; it’s so hard to forget

There is resentment upon the spring mountain
Romance is but an illusion
But if I can have that one heart,
I’ll meet life and death without regrets

But if I can have that one heart,
I’ll meet life and death without regrets

Translation Notes

In general, as always, it’s good to keep in mind that any translation will have some bias/interpretation from the translator. It’s interesting for lyrics because lyrics themselves are often already subject to interpretation in it’s original language so it’s like there’s two layers of interpretation needed.

**The death of a beauty…finest hour: This line is subject to revision (in particular). The phrase 玉碎珠沉 (yù suì zhū chén) does refer specifically to a beautiful woman dying though I’m sticking with “beauty” in this case.

[spoiler alert?] Who is the beauty in this case? What is the death? Is it Luo Binghe’s fall into the abyss at his shizun’s hand? Or Shen Qingqiu’s…ahem, act in Huayue City? I’m inclined to think the former but I think there is room for interpretation.
